ZADChange …The Change Master

ZADChange … A training methodology like no other

“Our vision is enclosed in a “Total Quality Program” which impresses all attendees and builds a long term relationship based on trust and loyalty”… Operations Team.

Pre-Training

1. Training Needs Assessment (TNA):

ZADChange is concerned with trainees satisfaction, thus we are always assuring that there are no participants’ complaints that the course they have attended last week is too generic and very similar to the one they have attended a couple of years ago.

With ZADChange there are no more off-the-shelf generic proposals; ZAD Group TNA team will identify your needs whatever the case is simple as having only one training program or is complex as having an annual training plan.

Our teams of meticulously chosen, well trained TNA & proposal development specialists strive to satisfy your training needs. Our aim is to ensure that you are getting the maximum ROI from the programs you are implementing. Our ultimate goal is to meet your expectations with our proposals.

Four main steps to conduct a training needs assessment:

Step 1: Perform a “gap” analysis.
Step 2: Identify priorities and importance
Step 3: Identify causes of performance problems and/or opportunities
Step 4: Identify possible solutions and growth opportunities.

2. Programs designing and preparing role plays, tools, games, exercises, activities & videos needed for it.

3. All our programs are supported with a full training kit that consists of:

  • PowerPoint presentation.
  • Participant workbook
  • Case studies
  • Exercises and games.
  • Stationary.

During training

A training system that builds the change and delivers best results through;

Focusing on the participants as the core of the training program.

Expert facilitation to optimize participants’ sharing of experience and peer learning, to enable discussion and criticism of applicable concepts, skills and behaviors.

Extensive expert involvement in order to facilitate providing models, cases and examples of the challenges and approaches for the development promotion.

Post training

Evaluation and follow-up

A momentous follow-up system that gets the best out of the system; Getting ongoing feedback, e.g., from the trainee, trainer and trainees’ supervisors. Assessing the results. Reinforcing key points. Making on the spot corrections. Determining what retraining is needed
