A pharmacist by education and former senior executive with more than 17 years experience in multinationals,local companies,strat-ups and civic societies in the Middle East. He started his career in sales with Janssen Pharmaceutica which is a leading European pharma company, At the time of Janssen acquired Cilag to form Janssen-Cilag. After the acquisition he was promoted to the business development department, then marketing since 1994.
Amr joined Abbott as franchise manager to start up their business in Egypt in 2001, In April 2006 he was heading the commercial function as pharma division manager leading a team of senior, middle and junior's managers to achieve head quarters goal. He grabbed extensive hands-on experience in virtually every stage of business with multinational approaches, large array of innovative business solutions due to work experience in various countries and segments.
Amr completed his MBA studies, major Marketing in 2002 at the Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport, Advanced Management Institute. He teaches post graduate students at the ESLSCA managment, marketing, and Advertising.
Operations Director
A pharmacist by education and former senior executive coming across several years experience in a multinational pharmaceutical company namely Janssen-Cilag at the Middle East. Throughout more than 16 years in management, Gado’s area of experience includes Sales, Business Effectiveness, Multimedia, Logistics and CRM Management.
In his role as a senior executive at Janssen-Cilag Saudi & Gulf countries, his responsibilities included: supervise and maintain the installation, configuration, and support of the organization’s customer relationship management (CRM) solution through best practices and management of his team across 6 countries in the Middle East. Also, to analyze and monitor company performance in a timely and accurate fashion as well as hold responsibility for monitoring data quality.

Marketing Director
A pharmacist by education and former senior executive, his career in the pharmaceutical industry has spanned nearly 16 years. Waleed started his career in Sales with Servier Egypt, before his move to join Janssen-Cilag in 1994, where he held various Sales, Marketing & Business Development positions of increasing responsibilities. During this period, he has shown a well-proven track-record of achievements, passion to business, and commitment towards achieving results.
Waleed’s experience, combined with his history of strong performance and leadership, equipped him well to shape Janssen-Cilag GCC leadership position in Saudi Arabia & other Gulf countries, he had contributed to the development of a high performing teams & significantly added to achieve the company transformational growth in various business sectors.
